This area is under development. In this section we celebrate the locally grown food, community, and dishes that the kitchen staff prepared in the Palace for its diverse residents. And, together with experimental chefs, we also invent new, wholesome signature dishes using regional products. In summer, we then organise a big Stn:ort Soup Kitchen. The aim is to bring people together to cook a big soup, stew or salad and eat it together – if possible with fresh vegetables from local gardens.
The next Stn:ort Big Soup is on the 11th August 2018. We start cooking at 11.00 (depending on the recipe also the night before) and hope to be ready for 14.00
