In this section we celebrate the locally grown food, community, and dishes that the kitchen staff prepared in the Palace for its diverse residents. And, together with experimental chefs, we also invent new, wholesome signature dishes using regional products. In summer, we then organise a big Stn:ort Soup Kitchen. The aim is to bring people together to cook a big soup, stew or salad and eat it together – if possible with fresh vegetables from local gardens.
The last Stn:ort Big Soup was on the 11th August 2018. This year’s soup curator was Benita Goodman. Here is her soup recipe for STN:ORT 2018. Try it – it’s yum and healthy. Proper wholesome veggie slow food!
